Beginning Soccer Mom's League No experience necessary - $55.00 for 8 weeks or $7.50 per class, first 30 minutes instructional, second 30 minutes scrimmage. Adults Men's Summer Leagues - next session starts June 2008 . Limited Space.

Men's League Fees for Summer Session: $400.00 per team including 8 game series plus $9.00 per game referee fee. Play 2-22 minutes halves with 2 minute halftime.

Adults Women's Summer Leagues - next session starts June 2008. Registration starts now - Limited Space.

Women's League Fees are $400.00 per team including 8 game series, plus $9.00 per game referee fee. Play 2-22 minutes halves with 2 minute halftime.

Kids Winter I Leagues - October, 2008 through December, 2008. All Girls & Boys Division - Limited Space.

Kids League Fees for Winter I Session: $425.00 per team including 8 game series plus $8.00 per game referee fee. Play 2-22 minutes halves with 2 minute halftime.

All skill levels are welcome. Shoot Out Team Sportsplex LLC offers a wide variety of different leagues. We will strive for a large number of teams to register, in order to allow us to match skill levels of competition as much as possible.

All teams and individuals are required to sign a Release of Liability and purchase a player’s card in order to participate in any activities at Shoot Out Team Sportsplex LLC. The player card fee is $15.00 per player. Player cards are effective for one (1) year from date of purchase.

Each team is responsible for paying referee fees before the start of each game. Referee fees are $8.00 (kids) & $9.00 (Adults) per team per game. Fees not paid at start of game can result in a forfeit.

Division I – Competitive – All players are experienced, highly skilled and desire a highly competitive atmosphere

Division II – Intermediate – Majority of players are experienced.

Recreation – Recreational – Players have limited experience playing and are interested in recreation play only.

Division Guide: A lower division team may not field more than three (3) players from upper division(s). Games will result in forfeit, no exceptions.

The registration packet consists of the following:
Team Registration Form – The coach shall fill out the information and send to Shoot Out Team Sportsplex LLC with a $100.00 deposit to secure a spot in League or Tournament Play. Balance of Registration Fees due by the registration deadline. Discount offered if paid 30 days prior to registration deadline. Schedules will not be released to the team until team fees are paid in full.
Team Roster – To be completed for each player on the team and sent in 1 week prior to league play.
Waiver of Liability – This form is to be signed by each player over 18 years of age or by Parent or legal Guardian for players under 18 years of age. Required to obtain a Shoot Out Team Sportsplex LLC Players Card or Tournament Card.
Facility Rules – Sign the acknowledgement page and return with the Team Roster.
Rules of Play – Sign the acknowledgement page and return with the Team Roster.

Programs have limited space. Teams registering after the posted deadline will be charged a $20.00 late fee, if space is available.

All teams and individual players are required to follow the rules and policies of Shoot Out Team Sportsplex LLC. It is the responsibility of the team manager to inform players of these policies. The registered team manager may pick up the team packet and rules at Shoot Out Team Sportsplex or print them from the website www.STSplex.com.

Schedules are subject to change. Alternate days may be required due to number of registering teams, to weather cancellation or other uncontrollable circumstances.
